Dear Mr McKenna Thank you for your feedback here and we're sorry to see that your shoes are squeaking! We certainly appreciate this is less than ideal. There are a few things that can cause this, which are necessarily a fault with the product. Of course, it's very difficult to know for sure what is the ultimate cause. Some causes include - Friction between the insole and sole; Wetness inside the shoe; Shoes that are brand new or Shoes that don't fit properly. You are, of course, fully covered by our guarantee and so if you do wish to return the shoes to us then you certainly can do so.
