Of course, we're very sorry to see that you've had an issue with the top button on the collar of this latest shirt, resulting in drastic action being required to free you. This is something we'll absolutely feedback to our Products Team. With the thicker band of material which runs around the collar - encompassing the top button - it can be a little trickier at first to get that one undone. Over time, it will loosen, both with wear (doing up and undoing the button a few times at the start, prior to wearing the shirt, may help) and washing. It may also be worth considering a slightly larger neck, just so you have the room to manoeuvre the button. We'll be in touch to assist with a replacement shirt shortly.
