I recently posted a negative review for a similar shirt (different color) because it wasn’t delivered as promised. Turns out it was the delivery service, NOT Charles Tyrwhitt’s fault. The same day as my review was posted I got a call from Customer Service (in London) offering a solution. Delivery problem solved. I loved the shirt when finally delivered so I ordered three more in different colors, all of which I really like. Well made, great fit. If I didn’t already have four shirts I’d order more.
