We're sorry to see that the lack of a width option has impacted your enjoyment of such a beautiful and high-quality leather shoe, which is a real shame. All our shoes come in a 'regular' width, which is suitable for the vast majority of customers. Whilst we have, in the past, offered a 'wide' option across some of our range, these were not in high demand, I'm afraid.
As always, we will continue to monitor this and consider adjustments to the range going forward. We appreciate you sharing this with us today and helping us to develop our products further.
