Poor quality chinos, tore after one fall on the floor. Store refused to replace.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that your light brown chinos tore after a fall. As long as we have proof of purchase, we can, of course, issue a replacement without any problem, so I am unsure what went wrong in this case. I will follow up with the store to understand the situation and provide an explanation, and of course, we will send you a replacement pair. I have just emailed you regarding this matter.
