Our Non-Iron technology activates when the garment is hung to cool after machine drying. As it cools the creases should disappear leaving the garment ready to wear at a moment's notice. If this is not your experience, please do let us know and we can issue a replacement.

but the quality and style of the slimline button down collar check shirts was very poor and nothing like the quality of similar items purchased from CT a few years back! Has CT changed its manufacturer ?
