I'm sorry to hear that you weren't impressed by the quality of our merino jumpers. I must emphasize that the thickness of a material is not relative to its quality. Our merino pieces are made on the thinner side as they're designed to be layered with our other products. If the wool was any thicker, you might find that far too much heat is being trapped between your shirt, jumper, and overcoat/blazer. If you're looking for something on the thicker side, I'd recommend our "chunky knit" sweaters however they are only around during our Winter season. Of course, if you're not happy with these jumpers then please do return them so that we can swap them over for something you might like a little more.
