From the initial purchase I can see that the colleague had requested the trousers from a different store. I do apologise is this was not properly communicated to you with regards to time scales. When we spoke last week, I thought I had explained that I would contact you once we receive the trousers from the sending store. Apologies if I hadn't made this clear enough.
