I had to return a suit as it was too small. The original service by Ossaid was excellent and I had bought several shirts two weeks ago too. Although I could not get a size that was in stock or with a different suit (unavailable until March) I was served by Lewis today in a similarly helpful way. I bought 6 more shirts instead and was refunded the suit cost. This was only my second time in the store. I am struck by how helpful and friendly the store managers and assistants are. Thank you!
