They had neither the size or model I needed, so they pressured me into buying it to try it on at home (highly unusual, most retailers would order in the right model so that you can try in-store before buying). They promised 7-10 day shipping but it actually took 30+ days... and it didn't even fit. They had also promised they could hem the pants for $30 but then said they wouldn't be able to do it. Also flagging there was a problem with their fitting rooms so I had to try things on in some package room. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and dysfunctional, and I ended up with no suit at all at the end. Only good thing is that I was able to return it and get reimbursed.

The garment was well-made and fits well.
