This shirt is way too long, I wanted an untucked style, but this definitely does not work.

We're so sorry to learn that your new shirts are too long in the body for you, which is a real shame. The Classic Fit are intended to be generous, and will be both bigger in the body and longer than the Slim (or Extra Slim). The Slim Fit is our 'regular' fitting option, so we would definitely recommend that to you instead - you'll find they are suitable for the vast majority of builds, even if you aren't 'slim' as such. They are also cut a little shorter, to aid in wearing them untucked.

You can return any item for up to 6 months

You have 6 months to return your order from the day you receive it - no questions asked. Just show us your proof of purchase - that's our quality guarantee to you. If you request a refund, we will deduct C$9.95 from the total amount of your refund, to cover processing costs.

The only exceptions to our guarantee are: Goods purchased online and altered by Charles Tyrwhitt, including Monogrammed products, cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
