As these trousers use our four-way stretch technology there will be a degree of elasticity in the fit. I've passed your comments directly to our Feedback Team to whom I'm sure your feedback will be very enlightening when considering changes for the coming seasons. Regarding the packaging, I'm sorry to hear that your parcel arrived in a damaged state. Although our couriers take the utmost care when transporting our customers orders, boxes can become a little damaged from time to time however all of the items within are individually sealed for protection. I'm glad to hear that the products themselves were not damaged but If you have any reservations at all about the condition of the items, please return it to us for either a replacement or a refund.
