This is not the usual quality I get with this company. Material not that nice loose threads and so forth. In general I love their products so you should do business with them.

I've tried to call you at 17:30 UK time today but I was unable to reach you (though a voicemail was left). If the loose threads render the shirt unwearable for you please do return this to us using our online return portal over at www.ctshirts.com/rebound. There you can set up a back order for the new batch or return it for something else entirely.
