The double zip on the front cannot be opened in order to put it on so I have to find a setting of the zips that enables me to pullit over my head.

We wouldn't wish for you to have an item which can only be partially used and isn't up to our high standards. We'll get this replacement out to you shortly, so please return the original when convenient or after you receive the replacement.

Response from customer:

I was not clear enough. Most such garments have a zip which can separate into two sides so that one can put it on in the same way as a jacket and then reconnect the two sides when necessary or wear it open at the front. Please cancel the order for a new one if it has the same property that it cannotbe opened fully at the front with the two sidea of the zip independently free for putting on as a coat or Jacket. Thank you for being so coscientious.

The model in one of the pictures in the advertisement is wearing it wide open at the front as I wish to be able to do. Thanks. I have checked once again whether I can find a way of opening it completely but confirm that it is not possible.

Thank you for the follow-up here. The zip should indeed work both as you describe and as the picture on the website shows. I can only assume, therefore, that the zip is faulty on the jacket you have received and this is why we are offering a replacement. Would you still like for us to cancel this?

Yes please, cancel it. As I am old I had never encounterd that type of zip, but my daughter has just shown me how that type of zip works. Thank you for your consideration. I now give the jacket five stars
