Hi, the shirt is what I ordered, white light weight material. However the buttons are a cream colour and not what I wanted (nor did I understand they were that colour).

I'm very sorry to learn of this! The buttons should indeed be white - or, strictly speaking, I believe they are translucent with a white background to them - and so should match the shirt itself. We can then pass them along to our Products Team. And of course, if you are not 100% happy with the shirt as a result you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Since using this shirt I have found it is difficult to press clear. Even though it is not non-iron I believed the pressing would be relatively easy, but alas no. Sadly this has been one of the most poor purchases I’ve made from CT since my first purchase some years ago.

The Egyptian cotton shirts are a little harder to keep looking their best - a combination of the thinner Poplin weave and the softer, more delicate Egyptian cotton fibers. Thank you for prompt reply. I am not aware how the guarantee works having used the product already. Can you advise noting or refer me to a web reference? Please also note I am cruising around Australia until early March (which is why I purchased this shirt for formal occasions).
