Hi Duncan, Thank you for your response. Exchanging the shits would be a good solution however they were purchased for my wedding in early February that i would be concerned that they would not arrive in time. Do you have any thoughts on how we could expedite this process?

Please choose your new exchange items on our website and add them to your bag to make sure they are showing as in stock. Once you have done this, contact our customer service team by telephone on 1800 703 505. We're available by phone or live web chat from 5:30pm - 11:30am (ACST time) every day. We can then assist with an exchange in advance and would need to take a payment for the new shirts plus postage (express shipping upgrade recommended in this case so they are delivered within 8 working days). We will then provide a return label for your original shirts and refund in full with no handling fee. Rest assured we will match the price of your original shirts unless choosing luxury items.
