Poor material and bad fitting.

Thank you for leaving your review with us and I'm sorry to hear that these trousers were not quite what you were expecting.
As the name suggests, "tropical suit pants" would have to be made from a very thin and breathable material in order to perform well in hotter climates.
As these trousers were customized we typically cannot accept them back for a refund or an exchange and this is explained both pre purchase (via a warning box) and post purchase in our terms and conditions. On this occasion however, and thanks to your excellent history with us, we are welcome to allow an exchange to occur. I've unlocked the trousers for return now via our online return portal. Please be very sure of the exchange size and should you need any help, our team is available via live chat or phone 18 hours a day.
