My guest Tom Ilube is an entrepreneur and philanthropist, and now chair of England Rugby. He has had an incredible career; spending 10 years in the corporate world at PWC, Goldman Sachs and the London Stock Exchange, and then 30 years as a technology entrepreneur. He's been on the founding team for many businesses - including one of my favourites - the pioneering internet bank, Egg.
